Hello! Happy Tuesday friends! I love Tuesdays because Mom takes out the recycling.

That means the recycling bag is empty and I jump inside of it and sit for awhile.

I do some of my best day dreaming inside the empty recycling bag.

Saturday Stuff

Hey! What's this? So many of our pals left comments on our bloggie about my crystals. Many of you guys mentioned that having a drinking fountain might encourage me to drink more water.

Our friends Samson & Delilah told us they like their small Cat It fountain. Our Mom did some research and purchased it for me today. (well, for me and Raymond-I guess I'll have to share.)

I don't know whether I will drink from fountain or not, but I sure LOVE the box it came in!

Frootbat Friday

Hello friends! I told Raymond I wanted to be the Frootbat this week, since I have had a rough week, with the Vet visit and stuff. My ears are pretty big, right?

I got my lab results. My PH was down to 7.5 (it was 8.0) and there were still some crystals in my, uh, "sample". Normal PH is 7.0. My Vet is recommending prescription food, but she acknowledged that since I wasn't blocked when my Moms first brought me in, that this is a grey area for her. In her experience, every cat who she sees who is blocked by crystals gets blocked again if they don't go on a prescription diet. Sooooo, my Moms are going to tweak my raw food diet a bit and continue to give me the Carpon (cranberry) supplement. They are going to add extra water to my food too. We will have my pee rechecked in a month or so.

By the way, our Mom plays golf on Thursdays. She's in a league. So we are sorry if we didn't get to visit you yesterday. We think golf is silly! xoxo, Busby

Thanks-Pals Thursday

Hello friends! I am feeling MUCH more relaxed since I am finished with Vet appointments for awhile. I LOVE my Vet, but that doesn't mean I want to SEE her. I have not yet heard what my lab results are, but here at our little house by the sea, we are thinking that my pee's PH (hee hee) has gone back down into the normal range and that my crystals are a thing of the past. When my lab results come back, I will let you all know. On this Thankful Thursday, I want to thank ALL of my blogosphere friends for your good vibes and well wishes during my little bout with FUS. It's very humbling to know we have so many friends, and I am grateful to all of you for your affection for me and my brother. xoxo, Busby
