200th Blog Post

Hello friends! The BIG news is that today is our 200th BLOG POST! This photo of us is from our VERY FIRST blog post on October 22nd, 2009. (We don't normally photoshop on our blog, and now we have used photoshop two days in a row, ugh!)We enjoy blogging and we love to read all of your blogs too. What we enjoy the most is meeting new friends, and reading about your adventures. We are AMAZED that two cats living in California have friends as far away as Malaysia, New Zealand, France, Canada, England and all the corners of the United States. We love all of you!
A special thanks to SKEEZIX THE CAT who was one of our earliest inspirations, and of course to the CAT BLOGOSPHERE where we have met so many other cat and D.O.G. bloggers.
Here's to (at least) 200 more posts! xoxo, Raymond and Busby

Miércoles hablador (Wordy Wednesday)

Hola Amigos! In honor of Cinco de Mayo, here are some photos our Moms took in San Francisco this past February. The Mission District of San Francisco is mostly Latin American, and is known for it's colorful murals. This is Our Lady of Guadalupe, she is the patron saint of Mexico. There are a lot of murals that feature her image.

Do you like my sombrero? I'm ready to have a fiesta!

Happy Cinco de Mayo friends! Hasta Manana! xoxo, Busby

Your Tuesday Tonkinese

Hello friends! What's better than an empty grocery bag? An empty grocery bag in a sunny spot! We have a big day coming up this week! I'm not going to let the cat out of the bag, you will have to read our blog to find out what the excitement is about.
All will be illuminated on Thursday!

To our friends who are interested in our raw food diet, we will try to do a post about that next week. Have a pawsome Tuesday friends!

Mancat MUNCHday

Hello friends! Some of you may know that we eat a raw food diet. Our Mom makes our food each week. She uses a recipe from Dr Pitcairn's book-"The Complete Guide to Natural Health for Dogs and Cats".

Our Mom has been trying to find treats for us that aren't cooked.

Recently, Our CURLY friend Daisy mentioned in her blog that she and Harley like Grandma Lucy's Freeze Dried Chicken Livers. On Daisy's suggestion, we hightailed it over to NIP and BONES and ordered some! Can you believe this was the first time we ever met Baby Patches?

Our Grandma Lucy treats arrived very quickly and we LOVE them! We are going to need WAY more of these!

We clean up every last crumb from these treats! They are so good! They are made in the USA. All of the raw treats we have seen in local stores are from China, and we are scared to eat food from China ever since the big cat food recall.

Thanks Daisy for recommending these treats, and thanks to Baby Patches and his Mom for shipping them to us so fast! Have a delicious Monday everyone! xoxo, Busby & Raymond

Easy Sunday

Hello friends! We hope you are all enjoying a nice relaxing Sunday. We have blue skies and good sunny spots to nap in today. Um, Mom, please stop taking photos so I can close my eyes and go to sleep!

Have a beautiful day, everyone. We know there has been a lot of stormy weather in some parts of the country, we hope things are calm where you live. xoxo Raymond and Busby
