I'm impressed. First off, Katie would never be sitting on my lap of her own free will. I'd have to use some sort of restraints or threats to keep her in place. So I'd NEVER get the question, "you mean you need me to get up now?"
I do however get that question when it's time to go to bed and "someone" is sprawled out in my spot.
I just got comfortable. You aren't going anywhere. Unless you are getting up to feed me.
