I am nice and relaxed! Let's stroll! |
Not to brag too much, but we still have sweet corn at our market and it's NOVEMBER! (it's not as tender as in July, but still!) |
There are beautiful Mums at the market this time of year too. We feel so fortunate to have a year-round organic farmers market so close to our house! |
Thanks for strolling the farmers market with us today! Don't forget to visit the other members of the Society of Feline Gardeners! xoxo, Raymond |
What a great farmer's market! I am drooling over that cat grass.
ReplyDeleteMommy got to go to Julian CA and enjoy their apples when she visited Daddy in San Diego one Feb.. It was very weird for her going from the snow in Julian and being bundled up in sweaters and jackets, to the beach in La Jolla and beach clothes.
ReplyDeleteA friend gave us some Persimmons one year and Mommy made a cake with them. They were very tasty.
We love walking the market wiv yoo ~ and how lucky are yoo to get a fresh carton of cat grass EVERY week?
ReplyDeleteYour farmer's market has much better stuff than ours does at this time of year!! Those apples look yummy!
ReplyDeleteYes, I think your farmer's market is betterer than ours, too! I wish ours had cat grass.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great farmer's market. So cool that your folks can recycle your grass pot with the grower! Our mom was drooling over the persimmons - though we see the Fuyu's more around here, she still uses them to make cookies. Purrs-

Oooh - that was fun! And now we want mom to get us some cat grass to nom on!!!
ReplyDeleteFresh cat grass every week? You're lucky! The mom has to buy it in pet food stores and grow it from seed. You guys have an awesome market!
ReplyDeleteSweet corn always makes #1 envious as it is something the French don't eat. Sigh...
ReplyDeleteNot the case for apple, though. We are also in ape country and there are apples EVERYWHERE!
Lovely farmers market...that's great that you can return your empty grass bin for a new one!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've ever eaten a persimmon...maybe i'll have to try one.
That was a great tour, our humans love Farmer's Markets, but they have never brought us home a farmer yet!
ReplyDeleteGreat tour, Bus and Ray, and thank you.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day....xxxxxxxxxxx
Super market! Thanks for the tour!
ReplyDeleteNow that is a great farmers market!
ReplyDeleteWe love it

Wow so beautiful and fresh! We are long done with our produce farmers markets, this time of year they move indoors and are mostly about eggs, dairy, homemade breads and preserves.
ReplyDeleteSnow is in our forecast for next week!

Wowee, I can't believe you guys get fresh cat grass every week!
ReplyDeleteThat market is pawsome! We love the re-fillable cat grass!!

Oh, my human is jealous! You central California coastal kitties get the best farmers markets! You should SEE the shabby excuse we have for a farmer's market in our town - it is really embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteHow pawsome! Our farmers markets closed for the season at the end of October. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you guys have a posh market for your mum to buy you things from!
ReplyDeleteMommy thinks your market looks great! Fresh produce is so superior tasting. Kinda like a newly-slain wildebeast!
