Hello friends! Welcome to our Thursday Garden Stroll! It's still too cold here to start gardening outdoors, but this week we started some seeds indoors. Check it out!
Mom got this cool egg-carton like thing to start some seeds in. Her seeds are from Renee's Garden Seeds of course, since that is where Mom works.
It's hard to read our little signs, but Mom planted six "Little Prince" Eggplant seeds on one side...
...and six "Super Bush" Tomatoes on the other. These are both container varieties that will be perfect for our south-facing front deck.
That's all from our garden today. Don't forget to visit the other Feline Gardeners who are all over the blogosphere on Thursdays!
Have a great day friends! xoxo, Busby
Heh. The last time my human tried growing seedlings, they rotted. And the time before that, they never sprouted. I shouldn't even let her look at your human's seedling tray!
ReplyDeleteWell look at you with your own little garden inside. Great idea

Your Moms are going to get some yummy (for Humans) veggies this summer! Our Daddy started some tomatoes last week, we'll see how they do.
ReplyDeleteBelieve it or not ! my mom is going to have Eggplant tonight !
ReplyDeleteMom said that's really yummy human food : )
But one more thing, we are so sorry to tell you this...
" Eggplant is Common House Plants Poisonous to cats" but mom have some plants that they said is poisonous to me such as : Bird of Paradise, Fern ( Plants came with the house when they bought the house ) but I'm smart ! I never get near those plants. Never have to go to VET because of those plants. It's up to what your pawrents believe but we knew about it so we think you might want to know.
Mom put the link for you, just incase , Your moms want to read , Just click right here: Common House Plants Poisonous to cats

ReplyDeleteYay for seedlings! Jonesie is going to help our mom and dad plant our Renees seeds directly into the garden since mom tends to kill anything grown indoors.
