Manly Mancat Monday

I can't think of a better way to spend a Mancat Monday, can you?

In other news, Raymond hacked up a GINORMOUS hairball yesterday. My Mom thought there was a kitten under the bed, but nope, it was Ray's hairball. That would explain why he had been eating kinda slow. Maybe now we will get more Furminating around here! 


PS-NO, my ear hasn't been cut off, even though it looks like it in this photo. I'm sleeping on it!

Thursday stroll

Hmph! We only have one stroll photo this week and it's of our Non-Blog Mom making kissy face with some DOG! Well, it's not just any dog. It's our friend Fang. He belongs to the trial garden manager at Renee's Garden. 

Still, we find the proximity of Mom's face to Fang's dog face pretty disturbing!

Mancats on Monday

Hello friends! We had a good weekend here at our house. On Saturday it was really HOT, like in the 80's. It does not usually get that hot here by the beach in April. Then on Sunday the fog came rolling in and it cooled off again. Today it's nice and cool and we are snuggling. We're also waiting for the fog to lift so we can lounge in the sunny spots. 

Um, Mom, how about putting some shoes on?

Thursday Stroll with Special Guests!

Hello friends! We are strolling in the neighborhood today! Let's get going!

This tart of a Tortie cat tried to get our Moms to bring her home. The nerve! You can tell she is a saucy girl. Just look at that face!

"Hello! Would you like me to come live at your house?" (lucky for us, she has a family all ready!)

There was an Easter frog down the street. He didn't give us any candy. 

The Calla Lilies are in bloom just outside our back door. They grow like weeds here!

No, this isn't Busby! We saw his twin cat on this fence and we were trying to figure out what this cat was looking at. 

Then we saw this! It's a peacock! It was roosting on a roof near the place where our Grandmother lives. That cat was trying to sneak up on it. We have never seen a peacock running around loose before. 

Last but not least, this beautiful Camellia in full bloom. So pretty!

Feral Friday

Hi friends! It's not the clearest photo ever, but these are seven of the NINE feral cats that our non-blog Mom Trapped, Neutered (or Spayed) and Released in the past few months! They live in the alley behind our Grandmother's assisted living apartment. Our Mom FINALLY  trapped the Momma cat too, the only one left to trap is the Tom cat. He is very clever and resists even Kentucky Fried Chicken and shrimps in the live trap!

They all have their ears "tipped" so people will know they've been fixed.

Your Tuesday Tonkinese

Ah sun! Hello friends! Happy Tuesday! I have a sunny spot, but not for long. We are in for some more rain. It's fine with us, we have had a very dry Winter here in California, so a wet Spring is a good thing!

In other news, our Blog Mom is looking to buy a new car. She is not very happy with the way the car dealerships do business. Too many silly games. She will keep at it until she gets a good deal on the car she wants. 

Why can't people be more like us cats and just chill?

Mancat Monday

Hello friends! We had a busy weekend at our house. Our Moms did a lot of running around, but they were also home to give us some quality lap time and treats. It rained quite a bit on Saturday which squashed some of the gardening plans our Moms had. 

The garden looks lousy Mom!

I told them they really HAVE to get out and get some good photos of the garden so we can start doing our Thursday strolls again! Jeez!
