Mancat(s) Monday

Hi friends! Guess what? The weather on the Fourth of July was COLD and FOGGY here in Capitola. Seriously! The wind gusted and the fog, which usually burns off by noon in the Summertime, stuck around ALL day. The temperature never got above 64 degrees. Not much to do except hunker down with your brother and hope the fireworks-people go elsewhere to make noise.
How was your Fourth of July? Hope you are enjoying your Monday! xoxo, Raymond and Busby

  1. It's cold here too my friends, but at least it's winter and cold. We feel bad for you.

  2. We hope you had a fabulous 4th of July! We had fireworks the other day for Canada Day and they were loud and scary!

  3. Yes, too cold is better than too hot. See my blog for OUR forecast!

    Happy napping.

  5. Sorry it was so cold! Here in Ontario, Canada, things are heating up. Our Canada Day on July 1st was breezy and cool, but the rest of the weekend has been hot and humid. We don't have much energy and are spending most of our time flaked out in the back space when our assistant's home. Remind us why we look forward to summer so much?

Have a great Monday and sweet dreams!

  6. We got through our 4th of July ok, but mostly we just suffer through it. Mom and dad don't enjoy it very much worrying about all of us. We are glad it's the 5th!

  8. Hot and sunny here...and the best news is the crazy neighbors were fairly tame last night! We didn't have to hide for too long.

  9. It was in the eighties here, but the weather was great. Our humans went for a boat ride and then we hid under the bed when the fireworks went off.

  10. Our Fourth was great until 9:30PM and the boomers started. We hid and waited until they had all stopped. We do not like loud noise at all.

  11. It's been unseasonably cool down here too! The sun came out in the afternoon yesterday, though. It made for a very weak sunbath, though.

  12. Our 4th was hot!! In the 90s!! We stayed cool inside...which meant the boomers outside weren't too loud!

  13. It was kinda cool outside and the predicted fog an' clouds never showed up so we could see those fireworks from the windows.
